Our Approach
At Pause Mobile Massage Therapy, our mission is to provide top-quality massage therapy services that promote relaxation and well-being. We believe in the healing power of touch and strive to create a nurturing environment for our clients.
By coming to you, in your own space, you're provided more time for rejuvenation and relaxation.
How It Works
We will arrive 10-15 minutes before the appointment to ensure that consultation and set up is completed by the scheduled massage session.
A 10ft by 10ft space and a sink to wash our hands will be needed. These do not need to be in the same space.
We provide everything else including candles and music.

Swedish Massage
Relax your mind and body with this nourishing, full body massage that rejuvenates and soothes using smooth and fluid strokes.
Myofascial Release Massage
Customized for each individuals needs, Myofascial Release Massage is a manipulation of the body's soft tissue to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation for mind and body. Myofascial Release techniques combined with soothing, medium to firm pressure strokes are used to create the best personal healing and relaxing experience.
Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage technique that uses long, flowing strokes, designed to release tension and promote deep relaxation throughout the body. This approach not only soothes muscles but also enhances overall well-being, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
Prenatal Massage
Our prenatal massage is designed to give expecting mothers some well deserved relaxation and relief from the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. Our therapists use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby. We offer this massage for 60 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minutes.
Deep Tissue Massage
Our deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues to help relieve tension, improve mobility and promote relaxation. Slow, deep strokes are used with firm pressure for a revitalizing full body massage that also incorporates trigger point therapy on affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.
Chair Massage
Chair massage is performed while the client sits in a specifically designed chair, that focuses on relaxation for neck, shoulders, back, head and arms. This massage utilizes gentle pressure strokes for the most relaxing 10 minutes for your mind and upper body. Book for an event or as a special treat for a group. $1.00/minute. Minimum booking required for 1/hour at $60.00. This massage is meant for a group. For individual massages, please see other services on your menu. To book this massage, please contact us.

All services are offered for the times listed above. Any exceptions are mentioned in the descriptions. All services are offered to locations within a 25 mile radius. Any location 15 to 25 miles distance will be an additional $10.00. Currently serving Idaho only.
